Eric hosts the "Songwriter Roundtable" presented by the Tucson Folk Festival. His guests this month are Petie Ronstadt and Lex Browning.
Peter Dalton Ronstadt is a fifth generation Ronstadt in Tucson. Son of late Michael J Ronstadt, nephew of Linda Ronstadt, and great grandson of Federico Jose Maria Ronstadt. He plays the bass, guitar, banjo, tuba, and sings. He is one of the Ronstadts in Ronstadt Brothers (formerly Ronstadt Generations) with his older brother Michael G Ronstadt.
Lex Browning is a fabulous multi-instrumentalist who has worked as a staff songwriter, session musician and fiddle player for Tanya Tucker, Pam Tillis, and Trace Adkins. He has also worked with Kenny Rogers, the Nelson twins, Quarterflash, and many other musicians of note. Most recently he toured with the legendary folk-rock band Poco, playing lead guitar, fiddle and mandolin. Lex performs with several Tucson bands including Midnight Blue and his own band The Tirebiters.
